Daydreams on Kearney
Our teachers at Daydreams on Kearney are specially hired and trained to care for the youngest kiddos we care for - our infants and toddlers! They are dedicated to creating an environment where your child is encouraged to grow, learn, and develop their senses. Our home-like environment creates a sense of familiarity and peace, while our loving, knowledgeable teachers enrich your child's experiences with cuddles, love, and developmentally appropriate activities. Our teachers are extremely capable and educated individuals who love children, many of whom are parents themselves. The infants and toddlers in our care experience all of the kindness, creativity, and fun our teachers have to offer!

Encouraging GrowthOur teachers strive to create a setting where children feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. We believe this creates an environment where children have the best chance to thrive during some of their most important developmental stages. By supporting your infant during these essential stages, our teachers create situations where your child can establish creativity and learn important social skills with teachers and their peers. We practice conflict redirection instead of criticism, and create a safe environment for your child to follow their natural curiosity.

Room to PlayAt Daydreams on Kearney, we value children's natural instinct to learn through play! As such, we have many opportunities for development built into our day. We frame much of the day around playtime, using this free play to encourage learning at your child's own pace. Developmentally appropriate toys and activities help your infant learn all about the world by using different textures, sensory objects, puzzles, and other toys. We strive to create an environment where your child can learn all about the world in their own time and through an avenue they love--play!
Our facility also offers a backyard with unique plants, a variety of textures, and plenty of toys. Children play outside daily, weather permitting, refining gross motor skills and having fun with their friends. |
Our Approach to LearningWe use songs, stories, and arts & crafts to enhance your child's learning experience, while entertaining and engaging your child.
Our facility has two classrooms, including an infant room and a toddler room. Each age group does their own developmentally appropriate activities and crafts throughout the week, and our teachers do an amazing job inviting your child to participate in these fun activities designed to engage and teach your child! |
